Hi Everyone,
Mommy and Daddy have been "knocking things out" the past few days, just in case my brother comes a little early, so I guess I will follow their lead and update my blog! I turned 22 months old yesterday. Do you know what that means? That means I get to have a PARTY in 2 more months! Get ready people! I found out last year that a party means cake which means YUM! And, Mommy let me pick what kind of party I want this year, when we visited the party store yesterday. I chose between dogs and Elmo, and I chose Elmo! I can't wait!
One of my new favorite things to do lately is walk around with my eyes closed. Have you ever tried it?? It's sooooo fun! I put my hands out, and I go slow, in case I walk into anything, which I do anyway. And, Mommy doesn't realize it, but I do peek now and then. I'm pretty tricky, huh?
I also have a lot of words I can say now!! Only, sometimes Mommy is the only one who knows what I'm saying, like when I say "M&M's" (mahnahs). But I'm working on it. Lately I really like to talk about Daddy's truck and swimsuits. I took swim lessons in April (and, yup, no pics from that - whoops!) and I can't WAIT until they open my neighborhood pool! I keep saying, "Open!" to my Mom, but she just sits there and tells me "pretty soon." Man, I get soooo tired of hearing that word. I hear it a LOT, people. Sigh....it's rough being almost 2. Oh yes. And my Mom and Dad find it simply hilarious when I ask for a "drink." (dik) People. It's a drink. I don't get what's so funny about it. They are so weird.
Without further ado, here are some pictures from last month, when I was ONLY 21 months old, and from the last two days. And, yeah, yeah....I'll post more St. Louis pictures too. I'm a busy lady, you know. :)

Putting on a "happy face" for my Mommy on Mother's Day. ;)

With my Kindermusik teacher, Miss Miranda, on the last day EVER of Kindermusik Village. That's right, people, I'm moving to the big kid class! (Our Time, for 18 mos-3 years)

Playing the piano after Kindermusik, instead of, um, putting on my shoes
and listening to Mommy....

Playing with my water table, which I think Mommy is a big fan of, as she just kinda sits there and watches me play (hmmmm). In this picture I'm giving my baby in a "dim duit" a bath. The baby is from my Uncle David. Thank you Uncle David!!

Showing off my tu-tu (which I got from my Gran for Christmas). I'm wearing it with the "take top" I wore to bed and I. Am. Beautiful. ;) Oh, and in the video, you can me hear how good I'm getting at talking! :)

Here's how I decided to occupy myself while Mommy "organized" stuff in me and my brother's rooms. I'm helpful, huh? When I was done, Mommy just looked and me, and sighed, and I signed to her the word, "Sad." She said, "Yup. Very." So, I DID pick a few of them up. Not all of them, though. After all, I AM just almost-two. ;)
