Ho Ho Ho!

Hi again Everyone! Wow, 2 posts in a day - pretty wild, huh?

I wanted to share my Santa pictures with you! Today we went to Santa's house! Well, not exactly, cuz we didn't drive all the way to the North Pole, so I think we just wented to one of his friend's houses, and he was there visiting. He looked just like the pictures I've seen, and the Santa that is on our Christmas tree. I was a little nervous, because right now I really only like to be around the people that I know real well, but I got to work on a craft and then play with some toys, and that Santa guy just kinda hung out on the floor and played with me. That helped me get to know him a little bit. It was a fun time! I hope I ALWAYS get to see Santa at his friend's house, because I really enjoyed it AND I got to eat a cookie at the end. YUM!!! :) (that's exactly what I said too...) :) Enjoy the pics!

16 Months

Hi Everyone,
I know it's been forever since I've updated my blog, and I'm really sorry about that. But, here are a few pictures from the past month or so....they show me doing my chores. Yeah, chores. Can you believe it? Mommy says KU costs lots of money, so I need to start earning my keep now, jeesh. :)

Hi Everybody!
This week one of my new favorite things is dancing. I love hanging out with my parents on Friday nights. We play music on the computer and dance around to it - it's soooo fun!! It's the very best thing to do on a Friday night, don't you think so??? Enjoy the video!

Halloween Party!

Boo Everyone!!! :)

I had my first Halloween Party!! As I understand it so far, Halloween is a week long thing where mommies dress their babies up in funny clothes and take them to random places like Kindermusik, nursing homes, and parking lots and then they go crazy with the camera. I don't really get why, but I'm tolerating it....for now. This particular party was with my Kindermusik class, which I love so, so much. Which is why I letted Mommy dress me in the bee get-up. Also, I have been really loving on my baby lately. Watch what a good mommy I am!!

Finally, I went to the doctor yesterday for my 15 month appointment and they took my measurements again. I weighed 21 pounds 6.2 ounces, which was in the 26th percentile, I was 30.7 inches tall, which was in the 58th percentile, and my head size is in the 80th percentile, since I'm sooooo smart. ;) That's all people. Mommy says it's bedtime. Night night!! :)

A Day at the Farm - with the CAMERA!

Today I went to my favorite farm, Deanna Rose Farmstead, with my Mommy and Daddy and our friends Anna and Caylen. We had lots of fun. Mommy and I go to the farm a lot, but we never bring a camera with us, so here are some fun pictures from our visit! Enjoy!!

Add Another Two States to My Map, Please!

Hi Everyone!!

I recently traveled to this faraway land called North Carolina to meet my new friends Eric and Zach! AND, I got to go on a big airplane AGAIN!! Aaaaaand, I got to experience my first travel snafu - we had to change planes in this land called Memphis, and our plane broke!! So, we had to spend the night in Memphis and then Mommy woke me up REAL early to ride on a different airplane. I didn't mind, b/c it just meant that I get to claim one more state that I've spent the night in! Now, my list is Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina. 6 states for a 15 month old. Not bad!! :) 'Cept, I REALLY want to add that place called Hawaii to my list....

So, when we were at Eric and Zach's house, we visited a Pumpkin Patch - my first ever! - and we played and played and played. Daddy and the other Daddy, Roy, also went to this big race with lots of loud cars. I stayed behind with Mommy and the other Mommy, Dana, to do fun kid stuff. Like eat McDonald's. Yum. I loved hanging at their house so much - I played real hard and slept real good, which really made my parents smile. :) Enjoy the pictures!!

My Daddy Gets Birthdays TOO!!

My Daddy had a birthday! Just like I had a few months ago - neat!! I made him a present and got him a card, and we had dinner at Grandma Jo's to celebrate. Here are some pictures for you - enjoy!!

Happy Birthday Daddy!!

Oh yeah! Daddy got to go to the KU game last weekend, so I hung out with Mommy and we went to the mall. (to shop for Daddy's birthday - yay!) Here I am sitting in the middle of a road, wearing my super cute KU dress my Godfather Aaron and Megan and Danny got me. Only, it was real cold that day, so I had to pair it with jeans and a turtleneck. Stupid cold weather. :)

When we got home from the mall, I decided I wanted to buy some more stuff, so I got Mommy's wallet out of her purse, all by myself, and started digging for cash! No luck though...next time Ill go straight for he plastic!

14 months

What's going on everybody?? :)

So, I'm old now, you know - 14 months. Practically a grown-up, 'specially since I can walk and everything now. Here's some things I've been up to...

-Mommy let me OUT of the stroller at the Farm the other day - that was fun! She followed me everywhere I went, which was basically down the sidewalk and back. :) She promised me she will actually bring the camera on one of our visits, BEFORE they close for the winter at the end of this month. Maybe she'll catch a picture of me with my whole hand in the goat's mouth, which is how I like to feed them.
-One of my new favorite signs is "music." AND I finally figured out how to sign "mommy," so it's fun to put them together when I want my mommy to sing me a song. "Cept she's not big on performing in public...
-I'm learning how to be a good mommy. I love taking care of my babies. I give them kisses, hugs, and sometimes feed them bottles. I even like to sleep with them!
-I am master of the stairs!!! :)
-I went to this thing called a wedding, and we had to fly on an AIRPLANE again to get there! It was my mommy's cousin Kim getting married. I'm not sure what all went on during the wedding. I was real good for the first 15 minutes, but once people started walking down the aisle, I got bored, so mommy and daddy took turns hanging out with me outside the wedding so I could practice my super cool 9 day old walking skillz. And oh yeah! And I got to wear a pretty, pretty dress that mommy says is not for playing, 'cept my mommy and daddy never got the camera out, so there aren't many pictures to share. Oh well. :)
